If you are unable to login with your iTouch account, please go change your iTouch password and re-login after 1 minute.
When you try to login with incorrect iTouch username or password for multiple times, the account will be automatically disabled for 30 minutes. Please login with username/password associated with your Library patron account.
The default password for your Library patron account will be your ROC ID card number or ROC residence certificate UI number .
